Lixnaw Castle, Co. Kerry.
Found in the Brick River in 1964 near Lixnaw Castle, so I assume it came from there. However local sign says River Cashen.
A message from Helen Birmingham today confirmed that this sheela is indeed on display in the Kerry County Museum, Tralee. A request for a photo has been sent and I am hoping to be able to post it up soon.
Due to the cloud cover on the map it’s not possible to see the castle but it’s just beside the GAA club.
