Cashel, Rock of
Rock of Cashel, Co. Tipperary.
Good image that can be photoed from the outside or from the ramparts. An admission charge applies if you go inside. Also inside is another supposed sheela but is presently considered to be a cat goddess.
On your way back from the Rock, you might look into Cashel Folk Village where a replica of the Clonmel sheela on display.
As the sun does not reach the image all day, a visit before 11am is preferable.
As this is difficult to spot see map below or before you reach the castle door you will notice some exposed rocks and a bench, look to the wall on your left and about half-way up you’ll see this sheela.
